Casey and Ryan, April 9th, 2008. (Photo by granny Diane.)Casey Rose Vickers was born shortly before midnight last night (April 8th) to Ryan and Christel Vickers, Diane's older son and his wife. Casey is their first child, a healthy baby girl, 6 1/2 pounds, and took her time arriving -- 30 hours of labor.

Aw, that's a beautiful picture - congratulations to the happy parents and grandparents - and especially to Christel for 30 hours of labor! Whew.
